Rules & Regulations

For Organizers:

• Must register with verifiable Puja details and authorized contacts

• Must place QR Cutouts both at Entry & Exit zones

• Must not encourage fake scanning or duplicate entries (our AI + geofence filters will detect and disqualify)

• Should allow volunteers to assist visitors in scanning and logging in

• Agree to allow anonymous GPS data usage for analytics purposes only

For Sponsors:

• Must provide offer content, coupon terms, and product fulfilment details before 10th September 2025

• Must comply with ethical advertising and local community norms

• May choose to run brand booths, stalls, contests, or LED ads via our platform team

• Will receive detailed post-event analytics, including footfall heatmaps, engagement charts, redemption logs, and media exposure

   Celebrating West Bengal’s most adored Puja, based on visitor votes across the state.

3. Best Puja Pratima Artist Award – Kolkata + West Bengal
   Honoring the master sculptors behind the most captivating idols, chosen by attendees across the region.

   Acknowledging the creative minds who shaped this year’s most imaginative themes, as voted by visitors.

5. Best Puja Theme Song Award – Kolkata
   For the most uplifting theme music—selected by a blend of physical attendees and enthusiastic online voters.

6. Best Probasi (India & Overseas) Puja Short Film by Organization (up to 10 min)
   A hybrid honor—decided by both our expert jury and online audience—to celebrate vibrant storytelling from Indian and global diaspora communities.

How It Works

• Category‐specific voting rules:

  • Categories 1–4: Visitor votes only

  • Category 5: Visitors + Online voters

  • Category 6: Combined Jury + Online votes

  ✅ For Puja Organizers

  1. Eligibility:
     Open to all registered Durga Puja organizers, including Sarbojanin committees, Bonedi Bari Pujas, Housing Societies, Institutions, and Overseas Puja associations.

  2. Registration:
     Organizers must register with authentic committee details. Any false or misleading information may lead to disqualification.

  3. QR Integration:
     Organizers must display official Darshanarthi QR stands at entry and exit points throughout the Puja duration. Removal or tampering will lead to delisting.

  4. Engagement Protocol:
     Volunteers may assist visitors with QR scans and voting. Organizers must not promote fake scans, bots, or incentivize unfair voting practices. Systems flagged for suspicious activity may be excluded from leaderboard and awards.

  5. Award Process:
     Winners will be determined through a combination of verified visitor counts, social engagement, public voting, and, in some categories, expert jury review. Decisions made by the Darshanarthi core committee are final and binding.

  6. Media & Promotion:
     By participating, you grant permission for your Puja’s name, photos, and performance data to be used in event promotions, sponsor campaigns, and digital showcases.

  7. Conduct & Compliance:
     Organizers must ensure safe, inclusive, and lawful execution of events. Darshanarthi.live is not responsible for on-ground crowd issues, public safety, or legal liabilities arising from the physical Puja venue.

  ✅ For Brand Sponsors

  1. Eligibility:
     Any legally registered brand, company, startup, or promotional agency may participate by choosing a Title, Award, or Campaign sponsorship package as approved by Darshanarthi.live.

  2. Creative Submission:
     Sponsors must provide all branding assets (logo, creatives, ad copy, offer terms) within agreed deadlines. Late submissions may limit visibility or engagement options.

  3. Campaign Tools:
     Sponsors may access a secure dashboard to manage contests, offers, and engagement campaigns. They are solely responsible for the accuracy and fulfillment of any offers or giveaways promoted.

  4. Content Restrictions:
     No adult, political, religiously sensitive, discriminatory, or misleading content will be accepted. All campaigns must comply with Indian advertising and consumer protection norms.

  5. Data Usage:
     Sponsors will receive aggregated, anonymized analytics only. No personally identifiable user data will be shared without user consent. Misuse of platform data is strictly prohibited.

  6. Brand Placement:
     Branding visibility will follow the scope defined in the sponsorship agreement (e.g., QR stands, award banners, leaderboard, digital app, media creatives, etc.). Any offline promotions must be approved.

  7. Refunds & Cancellations:
     All sponsorships are non-refundable once the campaign begins or materials have been deployed. Custom cancellations may be considered in case of force majeure with written notice.

  8. Liability Waiver:
     Idearcade Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any losses arising out of poor offer redemption, third-party execution failure, or reputational issues not caused directly by our platform.

  📌 General Clauses (Applicable to All)

  • By registering or sponsoring, all parties accept these terms and agree to comply in good faith.

  • Breach of terms may lead to disqualification, deactivation, or legal action based on severity.

  • All disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata, India.
